My playstyle is pretty simple, I take my pen and inset it into my penis, and I tap with my toes.
I aim by directing the stream of piss through the pen and move it so I'll hit the target, It hurts sometimes but I manage.
For tapping I have my legs on the table and I just use a keypad. Simple isn't it?
